To qualify for a position with DapeCon, you should be enthusiastic to learn more, customer-centered and an expert at navigating the complex intermodal hubs between New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Chicago.

Our innovative approach to the industry is built upon the latest technological tools available to address traffic congestion, keep equipment running at peak performance and improve communication between shippers, dispatchers, company drivers and terminals. We own chassis and other specialized industry equipment, which improves driver efficiency.

We employ in-house and contract drivers for local and regional routes. All DapeCon drivers must maintain a clean driving record as well as their Class A CDL and TWIC. Dray providers who hold hazmat, tanker and other endorsements that allow them to haul specialized loads are highly encouraged to apply. Intermodal container trucking experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated candidates. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
